With half a decade of experience in the wellness industry, Connie blends functional training techniques with the mindfulness of yoga to create personalized programs that support both physical and mental well-being.
Connie is known for an encouraging approach, attention to proper form, and commitment to assist individuals reaching their health and fitness goals. Through a combination of strength training, mobility work, and breath-focused movement, Connie empowers each one of you to build strong, resilient bodies and calmer minds.

Cristina, better known as Tina, is the face and personality behind the brand of LVLXT.
Cristina is a Latina Certified Personal Trainer, who has created a safe fitness-wellness space dedicated to help you become stronger - physically and mentally.
Obtaining the body and lifestyle you envision can feel overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to do it alone.
Cristina makes it her priority to help you achieve those goals, inside and outside the gym.
